Terms of Service

1. Definitions

The terms used in this document mean:

• Service - the PresentClic application enabling remote control of PowerPoint presentations
• User - a person using the Service
• Account - individual User account in the PresentClic system
• License - authorization to use the Service within a specified scope
• Trial - free trial period lasting 24 hours

2. General Provisions

2.1. These Terms set out the rules for using the PresentClic service.
2.2. Using the Service means acceptance of these Terms.
2.3. The Service is intended for adults or those with legal guardian consent.
2.4. To use the Service, you must have:

• A computer with Windows 10 or newer
• Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or newer installed
• Internet connection (for online mode)
• A device with a web browser (for control)

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration is free and requires providing an email address.
3.2. The User agrees to provide truthful information.
3.3. The User is responsible for the security of their password.
3.4. One account may only be used by one person.
3.5. Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited.

4. Licenses and Payments

4.1. Types of Licenses

• Trial (24h) - free access to all features for 24 hours
• Standard - basic features, up to 5 permanent codes
• Pro - all features, up to 50 permanent codes

4.2. Payments

a) Payments are collected in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual).
b) Prices are in EUR and include VAT.
c) Payments are processed by Stripe.
d) VAT invoices are issued automatically.

4.3. Renewals and Cancellation

a) Subscriptions renew automatically.
b) You can cancel your subscription at any time.
c) After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
d) We do not refund payments for unused periods.

5. Usage Rules

5.1. Permitted Use

The User may use the Service only for:

• Controlling their own PowerPoint presentations
• Educational and business purposes
• In accordance with applicable law

5.2. Prohibited Activities

The User may not:

• Decompile, modify, or create derivative works
• Resell access to the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Upload malicious software
• Excessively burden servers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All rights to the Service belong to PresentClic.
6.2. The User only receives a license to use.
6.3. Logo, name, and graphics are registered trademarks.
6.4. Presentation content remains the property of the User.
6.5. The User grants us a license to store and process content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Liability

7.1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation.
7.2. We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Actions of third parties

7.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
7.4. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

8. Termination

8.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time.
8.2. We may suspend or delete the account in case of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Payment arrears
• Suspected fraud
• Upon request of state authorities

8.3. After termination, data is stored for 30 days.
8.4. The User may download their data before account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms.
9.2. We will inform about significant changes via email with 30 days' notice.
9.3. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of changes.
9.4. In case of non-acceptance, the User may terminate the agreement.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
10.2. All disputes will be settled by Polish courts.
10.3. If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect.
